Job summary

A leading beauty retailer is seeking an Asset Protection Team Lead in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will assist in loss prevention programs, support in hiring, and conduct training for Agents. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of loss prevention experience and strong communication skills. The compensation ranges between CAD$20.80 - CAD$24.45/hr, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel within district and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist store with all Loss Prevention Programs.
• Review exception reports to detect internal activity.
• Conduct Agent on-boarding and OPEX evaluations.
