- Providing administration and support for Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes for the Regina site including purchase requisitions and invoice service entry transactions in SAP.
- Ensuring indirect procurement activities at the Regina site comply to corporate policies including contractor oversight and controls.
- Supporting CAPEX processes in PS and PPM systems, maintaining register of future projects and supporting Project Managers in maintaining project systems.
- Supporting data requests as required for regulatory reporting for utilities and contractor activity.
- Providing support as required for direct procurement activities, including purchase of production materials, and logistics costs.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues with occasional indirect supervision/oversight of P2P tasks completed by site admin.
If you have...
- A BAdmin in Business or equivalent field or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of experience working within a maintenance or similar department.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, such as SAP in a Maintenance environment.
- Experience with SAP based procurement programs preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite of software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient use of Excel in the use of financial reporting and capital planning.
- Ability to interpret and apply capital expense definition per BASF policy.
- Working knowledge of regulatory bodies and their applicability towards financial reporting, and local tax laws.
- Excellent customer orientation and focus, as well as communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and contractors while developing strong relationships.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work efficiently in and adapt to changing priorities.
