This Position reports to: Production Supervisor.

Job Description
  • Production Support: Load assembly lines with necessary parts, use air hoists, and assemble components accurately to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Technical Skills: Read diagrams, comprehend written instructions, and use/learn basic computer systems like Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Communicate with team members and supervisors about part or equipment issues, order supplies as needed, and support site objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross-training.
  • Safety & Flexibility: Prioritize safety, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties.
Education and Experience Needed
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
