Midas MOST is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Shop Manager in optimizing retail sales and profitability while delivering top-notch customer service. You will develop estimates, source parts, and present job options to customers.

Responsibilities include interpreting inspection results with technicians, delivering consultative service, and helping the team achieve shop objectives. A valid driver’s license and basic automotive knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• 1 year experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-building and collaboration abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

The Service Advisor supports the Shop Manager in the optimization of the shop’s retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service, including:

• Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
• Deliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Contributing to the effectiveness of peers to promote success
• Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals

Qualifications

• General automotive knowledge
• 1 year experience in the automotive industry would be preferred.
