Job summary

Cool Creek Energy Ltd and Rocky Mountain Energy Ltd are seeking a Branch Manager for the Armstrong, BC location. This on-site role oversees daily operations, fuel and lubricant distribution, logistics, and inventory while guiding branch staff and ensuring safe, compliant activities across the territory.

You will build strong relationships with industrial customers, identify sales opportunities, and support local business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership in branch operations with supervision of staff and workload prioritization.
• Experience with logistics, fleet coordination, route planning, and inventory control.
• Strong customer relationship skills for industrial and commercial clients.
• Budgeting, basic P&L understanding, and performance reporting basics.
• Knowledge of fuel, lubricants or related products preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and safety-focused judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including fuel and lubricant distribution.
• Coordinate logistics, fleet utilization, and scheduling of deliveries.
• Manage inventory, safety standards, and compliance across territory.
• Supervise staff, provide supervision and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers and seek sales opportunities.
• Implement local business development initiatives and monitor budgets.
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with leadership on growth.
• Learn and use inventory, dispatch, and cardlock systems on-site.
