Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Branch Manager/General Manager role.
• Commercial or multifamily roofing experience a must.
• Bachelor's degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations including hiring, retention, performance management, and team development.
• Drive branch sales growth through new business development, customer retention, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to hit branch goals and performance targets.
