Job summary

Soul Foods Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for KFC/Taco Bell locations in Ladysmith, BC. You will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a strong team culture in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop growth strategies, manage staffing through bench planning, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Relocation opportunities across BC/ON and competitive compensation with bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service.
• Strong English communication and guest service oriented.
• Ability to implement strategies to grow sales.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant including staffing, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and communicate a strategy to grow sales and improve performance.
• Utilize bench planning for staffing and recruitment to optimum levels.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and lead by example.

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our growing family for our KFC/TB Locations. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our employees and your days will be focused on running the successful daily operations including:

• Inspiring a team, instilling a sense of pride, and growing a culture to be proud of
• Ensuring the continued growth and success of your restaurant by developing and communicating a strategy that delivers outstanding business results
• Utilize the Bench Planning process, effectively managing staffing levels and recruitment ensuring your restaurant is staffed to optimum at all times.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests and your team
• Participating in local events that positively impact your community
