Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.
• Familiarity with P&L and staffing basics.

Responsibilities

• Be guest-obsessed and uphold hospitality standards.
• Lead as on-duty manager ensuring fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle training tools.
• Oversee online orders delivery accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and strict food safety standards.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, and compliance initiatives.
