• Learn to run day‑to‑day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting
• Ensure dining room stays clean and guest‑ready
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek including evenings and weekends
