Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Sherwood Park is seeking an Apprentice General Manager to grow into a full General Manager. You’ll assist in day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience.

This role offers hands-on leadership in scheduling, training, and P&L management, with a path to GM. You’ll work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced kitchen and dining room environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.
• Knowledge of scheduling, P&L, and forecasts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the leader on duty ensuring fast service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s tools.
• Learn day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L, and recruiting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and food safety.
• Work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
