Ridgeback Basement Systems Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Appointment Centre in Mt. Uniacke. The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling sales and maintenance appointments, and providing general administrative support in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, excellent communication, and solid computer skills, with a willingness to learn new software."

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls as required in a timely manner.
• Book sales appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Organized Sales Inspections geographically for easy travelling.
• Schedule annual maintenance appointments and service calls.
• Trouble shoot incoming service calls. ( training provided)
• Process customer payments.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records in the company system.
• Assist with filing and organizing company documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Participate in company training and seminars in Connecticut, as required.

Customer Service Representative – Appointment Centre

Ridgeback Basement Systems Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, positive, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Appointment Centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, proficient computer skills, the ability to troubleshoot service calls and excellent verbal communication skills.

This individual must be comfortable speaking with current and prospective customers over the phone, handling inbound informational and troubleshooting calls, and making outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and annual maintenance appointments.

Full-time: Monday - Friday

Compensation

Starting wage: $23 per hour
