Birnie Plumbing & Drains in Hamilton, ON is seeking a courteous Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers and ensure callers feel heard and cared for. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up on visits, and support the team with accurate records, while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and a focus on customer satisfaction.
