Aviso Wealth Inc. is seeking a Manager, Technology Application Support in Toronto to lead a team delivering application support, maintenance, and monitoring.

You will develop strategies to maximize application value, ensure timely handling of requests, and collaborate with development teams to align systems with business needs. You will drive policies, KPIs, and SLAs, while mentoring staff and managing vendor relationships to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT application support or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams of IT professionals.
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; bilingual French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for application support, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Develop strategies for effective use of applications, systems, and data to support business goals.
• Ensure all application support requests are addressed timely and properly documented.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design, implementation, and supportability meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for support and maintenance.
• Participate in evaluating and implementing new applications and technology solutions.
