Job summary

Helical Pile Solutions Ltd. in Calgary is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team.

You will manage and optimize Microsoft 365 applications and other business systems, serving as main contact for IT applications, ensuring stability, availability, and continuous improvement. You will configure SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, coordinate with internal and vendor teams, and support ERP software such as Explorer Eclipse, as well as estimating/field apps like

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher-level degree in computer science or related field.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and ERP/field-related software.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced application support and incident resolution for end-users.
Configure and optimize M365 apps (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and integrate with other systems.
Serve as SME for supported applications and coordinate with vendor teams as needed.
Train users and create SOPs, guides, and knowledge base articles.
Monitor performance and ensure security/compliance of supported tools.
