Job summary

Helical Pile Solutions is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our Calgary team. You will support Microsoft 365 services, ERP integrations, and estimating/field software while acting as the SME for internal applications.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders and vendor teams, configure M365 tools, and manage integrations to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application or systems support (5+ years preferred).
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in the M365 suite including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Explorer Eclipse.
• Experience with estimating and field-related software (Bid2Win, Heavy Job, HCSS).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for applications and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Configure and customize M365 apps to meet organizational needs.
• Integrate M365 with other internal/external systems; ensure security and reliability.
• Act as primary contact for vendor-supported ERP software (Explorer Eclipse).
• Support estimating and field-related software (Bid2Win, HCSS, HeavyJob).
• Provide advanced incident resolution and user support.
• Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support and other vendors as needed.
• Monitor performance and service health of applications.
• Design training and create SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Document configurations and changes; assist in releases and patches.
• Support service improvements and ensure policy adherence.
