Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for enterprise systems with business users and IT resources.
• Gather functional and technical requirements through interviews and site visits.
• Coordinate testing and support application releases and bug fixes.
• Develop job aids and learning materials for users and admins.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
