Job summary

HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is seeking an Application Production Support Analyst for a global corporate & institutional bank. The role provides L1/L2 support for Credit, Working Capital, and Asset Finance & Securitization platforms, with on-call requirements and deployment ownership.

Requirements include a CS-related degree, 5+ years in banking production support, strong scripting skills, ITSM tooling experience, and Java/J2EE knowledge. 24/7 availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in application/production support within banking or capital markets.
• Hands-on scripting: Shell, Perl, Python, or Batch.
• Solid grasp of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE applications.
• Availability for a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Credit, Working Capital, and Asset Finance & Securitization applications
• Own incident, problem, and change management, including application deployments
• Support data flows between upstream and downstream systems and troubleshoot issues end to end
• Partner with Operations teams on technical escalations
• Participate in Disaster Recovery, failover, and backup recovery testing

What You Need
