Job summary

Dexian is seeking an eFX Application Support Analyst to provide L2 production and application support for critical FX trading systems in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor workflows, investigate incidents, and coordinate with Front Office, Development, and Market Data teams to ensure smooth production operations.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, RCA, and timely issue resolution within SLAs, while supporting releases, UAT, and data validation across the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Unix/Linux and SQL are required.
• Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
