You will lead an AI-first security program, embed secure SDLC practices, and manage a team of security and IT professionals, partnering with engineering and compliance to align with business goals.

You will own the security roadmap, evaluate AI-assisted tooling, and coordinate with leadership, customers, and auditors, ensuring robust security posture and continued compliance maturity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of security experience, including substantial hands-on application security.
• Proven track record building or maturing an application security program.
• Strong knowledge of secure software design and OWASP principles.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the application security roadmap, including vulnerability management and remediation.
• Conduct hands-on security reviews and triage vulnerabilities with engineers.
• Embed secure development practices across the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement an AI-first application security strategy and validation processes.
• Lead security initiatives while staying technically hands-on and collaborative.
