Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto, ON, is seeking a skilled application support professional for a contract role with a hybrid work setup (3-4 days in office). The position focuses on API and integration support, external vendor collaborations, and production support across enterprise applications.

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
• 5+ years of application support experience including API and integrations.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT and API security concepts.
• Experience with external vendors and third-party integrations.
• L2/L3 production support for enterprise apps and integrations.
• Strong API troubleshooting, authentication, and request/response analysis.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, Apigee, MuleSoft or API Gateway platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or ELK.
