Job summary

Boardwalk in Airdrie is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep our communities clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!

This position is located at Tower Lane Terrace Apartments in Airdrie with a Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule. The role requires 2 years cleaning experience and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas including entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairways, laundry rooms and garbage rooms.
• Clean vacant suites and touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Experience And Educational Requirements

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
