Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities are kept clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!

You will clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairs, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms and other common areas, perform touches in vacant suites, manage interior and exterior garbage, assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years cleaning experience required.
• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
• Interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience And Educational Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
