Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking an Analyst, Analytics Quality to join the Process Engineering team. You will own the quality of production analytics and drive the continuous improvement of analytics processes.

The ideal candidate has a finance/data science background, experience with data management and modern analytics tools, and a proactive mindset to reduce manual effort and improve governance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, data science, or quantitative field; designation such as CFA/FRM is an asset.
• Experience in data management, business process design or asset management in a complex environment.
• Strong data governance, analytics and programming experience with Python/SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate accuracy of analytics across multiple systems.
• Analyze data-quality exceptions and support timely resolution and signoff.
• Manage scheduled processes that calculate, save, and validate analytics.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
• Enhance analytics governance to improve scalability and automation.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate process risks; implement controls.
• Serve as analytics expert and escalation point for process questions.
