Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or similar with genuine investment industry interest.
• 2–3 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain investment strategy and firm profiles across databases.
• Audit database profiles to fix data inconsistencies and gaps.
• Analyze consultant screening activity and market data for trends and competitiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate database processes.
• Support RFPs, DDQs and questionnaires with accurate data.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and tracking tools for data quality.
