We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can identify and engage outstanding Product Analysts. These professionals bring sharp business insight, communicate clearly, and can confidently interact with directors, vice presidents, and C-level stakeholders.

This role focuses on hiring analysts who work at the intersection of product, strategy, and business impact. The right candidate for this role understands how to find individuals who are not only analytically strong but can also deliver insights in a way that influences executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for client-facing Product Analyst roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source, assess, and engage candidates who combine analytical ability with strong business communication skills
  • Evaluate candidates for their ability to simplify complex information and present findings to non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent to support both current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
  • Act as a strategic recruiting partner to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on product, strategy, or insights roles
  • Demonstrated success placing candidates in roles that require both data fluency and strong business communication
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, client-facing environments
  • Strong sourcing abilities with a focus on finding and engaging passive candidates
  • Sound judgment and a keen ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and interpersonal fit
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in recruiting for consulting firms, product organizations, or business strategy teams
  • Experience working in agency or client services environments where stakeholder alignment is critical
  • Familiarity with the profile of analysts who excel at presenting data-driven insights to executive audiences
