Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, HR Systems Management for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Remote). The ideal candidate should have experience with configuration in Workday, particularly in Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Core HCM. Experience with Workday Learning and Workday Everywhere / Help is preferred.

Experience within an Agile team is considered an asset.

Job Description :

The Human Resources Digital Solutions team is responsible for designing and deploying scalable technical solutions in Workday to enhance workforce management. The team values diversity, innovation, and collaboration, operating under modern agile principles. Under the leadership of the Manager, HR Systems Management, you will have opportunities to experiment, take calculated risks, and leverage team strengths.

As an Analyst, you will focus on understanding user experiences, proposing creative solutions, and balancing system capabilities with user needs to implement optimal solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to transforming the organization into a Digital Enterprise by delivering innovative HR services and enhancing employee experiences. You will work with cutting-edge technology and explore new possibilities in HR technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying sustainable Workday configuration solutions within a complex ecosystem.
• Refining technical requirements and focusing on high-impact work.
• Identifying system enhancement opportunities and proposing solutions to optimize HR processes, automate tasks, and improve user experience.
• Maintaining accurate system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and SOPs.
• Managing tickets effectively in JIRA.

Qualifications :

• Extensive Workday configuration experience, especially with Workday Learning in a global setting, is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, particularly the Absence Calendar.
• Experience with Workday Help configuration.
• Attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee experience.
• Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Resilience and adaptability in a transforming organization.
• Experience supporting HR processes; familiarity with agile practices is beneficial.
