We’re a creator-first performance marketing agency. Our campaigns mix influencer marketing, UGC, and paid media to drive results for brands like YouTube, New Balance, Google, Nordstrom, and Linktree.

The Role

We’re hiring a recruiter to help us scale with the right people. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process : sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires across departments. Your goal? Fill seats with A-players—fast and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and run recruiting funnels that consistently bring in top talent
  • Write and update job descriptions and role scorecards
  • Post roles to the right places—fast, targeted, intentional
  • Actively source and headhunt on LinkedIn, job boards, and elsewhere
  • Screen candidates through resumes, async forms, and interviews
  • Run first-round interviews to assess culture fit and role alignment
  • Collaborate with team leads on final interviews and decisions
  • Own onboarding and support new hires as they ramp up
  • Continuously improve recruiting process and hiring systems

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • 2+ years in recruiting or HR roles
  • Confident interviewer and communicator
  • Experience sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with startups, agencies, or global teams

Employment Type : Full-Time
