Zusammenfassung

Jazz Aviation LP is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Yellowknife to represent Air Canada Express and assist passengers at check-in, baggage handling, and boarding.

You will greet passengers, answer inquiries, and coordinate with crew and ramp staff in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and service standards. Bilingual ability is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete Customer Service Agent Initial training course.
• Must obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification ID pass.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving ability and effective decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• English language fluency or working knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and bag tagging.
• Use an airline computerized system to make reservations, assess fares, and complete daily sales reports.
• Handle passenger check-in, check baggage, and process payments for excess charges.
• Provide passenger announcements and liaise with ramp agents, flight crew, and dispatch.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle general inquiries at the airport.
• Assist passengers requiring special handling and resolve customer complaints.
• Support departure gate services and boarding, and assist passengers to and from aircraft.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
