Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking an AI Website Manager to lead a Presence Websites team, owning customer accounts and guiding AI-assisted builds from brief to launch. You will mentor Specialists, ensure quality, and advance our delivery standards with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will drive client communication, manage timelines, and oversee the end-to-end process, leveraging AI-enabled workflows and a structured QA framework. Hybrid work in Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising, training, or mentoring others.
• AI-first mindset and comfort building with evolving AI tools.
• Hands-on experience building websites with AI-assisted development tools.
• Clear, professional written communication in a customer-facing context.
• Strong organization and queue/mipeline management.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Experience in health, wellness, or SaaS onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in the full build and customer communication process.
• Supervise and mentor Specialists, ensuring delivery standards.
• Onboard and train new team members on AI-assisted workflow and delivery process.
• Maintain high quality and consistency, coaching gaps proactively.
• Define communication standards, templates, and cadence for the team.
• Establish follow-up protocols and repeatable team practices.
• Contribute to a growing library of best practices.
