Job summary

Fix One is seeking an AI Specialist to build automations, chatbots and voice agents that keep our booking pipeline running across Ontario. You’ll own the AI layer of our business — the chatbots that qualify leads, the voice agents that answer calls, and the automations that move data between our CRM, website and phone system.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and dispatch to ensure every lead is captured and booked.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with automation tools, APIs or AI products.
• Practical prompt engineering with systems that run unattended.
• Comfort reading JSON, calling REST APIs and debugging webhooks.
• Strong written English and clear conversational design instincts.
• Analytical mindset with ability to read data and act on it.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI chat and voice agents for lead intake and qualification.
• Design automation scenarios connecting the website, CRM and phone system.
• Write and refine prompts, test against real conversations.
• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks into existing workflows.
• Monitor conversation quality, booking rate and drop-off points.
• Build dashboards and reports on automation performance.
• Troubleshoot broken scenarios and failed handoffs quickly.
• Work with marketing, dispatch and developers to ship improvements.
