Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an AI Practice Lead to build and scale its AI advisory and delivery capabilities for clients. You will blend strategy, executive leadership, and hands-on execution to turn AI visions into measurable business outcomes.

You will guide engagements from discovery through implementation, mentor teams, and establish repeatable frameworks while staying current with evolving AI platforms and governance practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting or enterprise advisory.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or programs.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI ecosystem and ROI messaging.
• Proven ability to translate AI architectures into executive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AI practice offerings, roadmap, and go-to-market methods.
• Advise C-suite on AI readiness, risk, governance, and ROI roadmaps.
• Lead evaluation of AI POCs, generative agents, and automation.
• Develop reusable AI assets and acceleration templates.
