Job summary

AppLovin in Canada is seeking an AI Strategy lead to drive the adoption of AI and automation across business teams. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, data, engineering, and AI to turn manual workflows into scalable, secure, and measurable AI-enabled processes.

Success means enabling teams to use AI safely and independently, replacing manual tasks with repeatable workflows, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, data, automation, or AI.
• Experience leading cross-functional tech/AI initiatives from problem definition to adoption.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, identity systems, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI adoption roadmaps across business functions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and other teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Build monitoring and governance for AI-powered data pipelines and automations.
• Documentation for dashboards, data sources, and calculation logic.
• Coordinate secure integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns for data movement and workflows.
• Interview users to assess AI maturity and surface high-value use cases.
• Define success metrics across adoption, quality, time savings, and risk reduction.
