Applovin is seeking an AI Strategy leader in Toronto to drive adoption of AI and automation across business teams. You will bridge operations, data, engineering, and AI to turn manual workflows into scalable, secure AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities include defining adoption roadmaps, partnering with Finance/Legal/HR, and building governance, monitoring, and reusable AI capabilities to improve productivity and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering AI-driven processes in enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical technical solutions.
• Experience deploying AI, automation, or data solutions into real workflows.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data classification, security reviews, access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI adoption roadmaps across business functions.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR and other teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Build monitoring and alerting for AI-powered data pipelines, integrations, and automations.
• Establish documentation for dashboards, data sources, ownership, and calculation logic.
• Operate an internal AI skills and automation program including onboarding, approvals, governance reviews, and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate secure integrations between AI tools and enterprise systems; establish cloud, source-control, identity, and service-account infrastructure.
• Develop reusable automation patterns for data movement between Python workflows, APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Translate operational processes into reusable AI capabilities: data reconciliation, query/script support, and reporting.
