Job summary

Bird is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Analyst to design, build, test, and govern AI-enabled solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical, secure, and scalable solutions, connect agents to enterprise data, and manage UAT, access, and governance.

This role may be based in Canada with opportunities across major cities, reflecting adoption and cost considerations as the platform expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and administering enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• 2+ years delivering AI-powered solutions using Copilot ecosystem in production.
• Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and govern AI-enabled Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and optimize conversational agents with Copilot Studio.
• Integrate agents with Power Automate, APIs, and connectors to enable business actions.
• Monitor performance using usage metrics, accuracy, and user feedback.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost controls across platforms.
• Provide UAT planning anddeployment support.
