Job summary

Assumption Life seeks an AI Solutions Specialist to turn AI ambitions into real business outcomes. This hands-on role suits someone curious about AI and eager to apply it in serving Canadians.

You will collaborate with IT Development, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, business teams, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Compliance to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem (365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI).

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years delivering technology in a delivery/integration capacity with measurable outcomes.
• 1+ years building or integrating AI-enabled solutions (agents, automation, or API tools).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft ecosystem (365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, and secure integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Research and development: prototype emerging tools and share learnings with the team.
• Deliver production-ready AI solutions: agents, document automation, workflows, integrations.
• Collaborate with IT Development, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance and external vendors to ensure useful, secure solutions.
