Job summary

Equitable Bank (EQ Bank) in Toronto is seeking a Senior CRM & AI Solutions Developer to deliver Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions with AI integration. You will work in a cross‑functional pod with BAs, Delivery Leads, and QA to craft scalable, low‑code applications and dashboards.

You will design, develop, test, and support Power Platform components, build AI‑enabled Copilot Studio agents, and ensure secure, compliant integrations with enterprise data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering technology projects in a hands‑on technical role.
• Extensive experience across the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service).
• Knowledge of Dataverse security model, data connectors, licensing, and integration.
• Experience with solution ALM – CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS and REST API integration.
• Solid understanding of the Agile SDLC.
• Fluent English communication skills; legally able to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, BI).
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service).
• Design and deliver AI‑enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and Dataverse integration.
• Create Power BI dashboards and optimize data models for performance.
• Develop custom connectors and integration with external systems; use Azure Functions/Logic Apps as needed.
• Follow ALM practices for packaging, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA for test strategies and post‑deployment support.
• Stay updated on Power Platform and AI capabilities; inform business units.
