Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology (WWT) company, is seeking an experienced software architect to own enterprise agent and conversational‑AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, with custom Azure development where needed.

You will evaluate workloads, design system architecture, and guide clients across Commercial, GCC, and GCC High clouds, balancing licensing, cost, and time‑to‑value while leading delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise solution delivery.
• Experience architecting systems and leading technical teams.
• Proven production delivery of conversational‑AI or agent solutions.
• Deep expertise in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
• Strong licensing and economics understanding for modern AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own build‑approach decisions across engagements for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or hybrid delivery.
• Design and develop enterprise‑grade agent architectures with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Architect hybrid solutions blending low‑code and custom development with Azure services.
• Advise on GCC/GCC High feature parity and government cloud constraints.
• Establish quality, safety, and governance for conversational AI.
• Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and lead delivery teams.
