Job summary

Intuition Machines is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive technical engagements with clients, turning requirements into outcomes while ensuring onboarding and ongoing usage of our hCaptcha ecosystem. The role focuses on translating customer needs into actionable technical solutions and collaborating with product teams on go-to-market and architecture.

The position is fully remote with global teams and a fast-paced, high-impact environment that values rapid iteration and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar SaaS sales/engineering role.
• APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
• Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Translate customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes
• Stay up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities
• Own and drive continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the tech stack
• Partner with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and enhance client acquisition efforts
• Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers, translating complex business needs into technical solutions
