Qualifications

• 3–7 years of client-facing technical/consulting experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, cloud, and integrations.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning in business.
• Ability to evaluate business functions and identify workflow improvements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with proposals/pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early-stage client conversations to uncover needs and translate into solutions.
• Develop proposals, estimates, statements of work, and solution briefs.
• Advise clients on adoption roadmaps and best practices.
• Collaborate with BD, engineering, and leadership to shape solution strategy.
• Support handoff to delivery teams with clear requirements.
