Outlier seeks detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to help train AI models across voice, image, and video tasks. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge AI research.

You will conduct live scenario conversations, compare outputs, inspect details for errors, and write concise explanations in English. A degree or higher and strong attention to detail are required; compensation includes up to $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable speaking naturally in conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you observed.
