Outlier is seeking freelance contributors to help train AI models. You’ll perform live English conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness, and compare media outputs.

The role is remote with flexible hours, ideal for someone who communicates clearly and enjoys detail-oriented review. You’ll contribute by writing concise, evidence-based explanations and making clear, balanced judgments when options differ.

Competenze

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and conversational speech.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Detail-oriented with patience to look, listen, replay, and zoom in when needed.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options both have flaws.

Mansioni

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distortion, flicker, or audio/video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write concise explanations in English describing what you observed.
