Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms in Leamington, Ontario, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training using adult learning principles and multimedia tools. You will collaborate with business leaders, manage LMS initiatives, create digital courses, and adapt content for a diverse workforce, including translation and accessibility.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in learning and development, learning experience design, instructional design, training coordination, or a similar role.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies with portfolio samples welcome.
Post secondary education in People and Culture, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design to translate business needs into learner-centred material.
Create multi-modal learning experiences (digital, instructor-led, virtual, hybrid) aligned with outcomes.
Develop multimedia resources (video, graphics, animation, etc.) to enhance engagement and retention.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, personalise content, and enable innovation.
Maintain LMS content, translated materials, and accessibility considerations.
