Job summary

Caylent is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Product workstream inside client engagements for its Anthropic Consulting and Engineering practice. You will guide discovery, design future-state PDLC, and coach PMs toward AI-enabled product development.

Embedded in client product and engineering teams, you will shape prototypes, write specs, run sprint charters, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across transformation programs and build-enabled engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in client-facing, embedded, or consulting roles.
• Experience working with product teams on discovery processes, PDLC design, and spec practices.
• Experience or capability in using Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
• Strong facilitation: run working sessions with product and engineering stakeholders and drive to decisions.
• Able to write clean, executable specs for engagement deliverables and coaching clients.
• Technical fluency to scope prototypes with engineers and participate in architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs.
• Anchor the product side on prototype/build-enable engagements: run discovery, shape backlog, write specs for MVP development.
• Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions.
• Identify expansion opportunities by project close and communicate next steps to the client.
