Job summary

Caylent is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Product workstream inside client engagements for its Anthropic Consulting and Engineering practice. You will guide discovery, design future-state PDLC, and coach PMs toward AI-enabled product development.

Embedded in client product and engineering teams, you will shape prototypes, write specs, run sprint charters, and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across transformation programs and build-enabled engagements.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in client-facing, embedded, or consulting roles.
Experience working with product teams on discovery processes, PDLC design, and spec practices.
Experience or capability in using Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
Strong facilitation: run working sessions with product and engineering stakeholders and drive to decisions.
Able to write clean, executable specs for engagement deliverables and coaching clients.
Technical fluency to scope prototypes with engineers and participate in architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs.
Anchor the product side on prototype/build-enable engagements: run discovery, shape backlog, write specs for MVP development.
Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions.
Identify expansion opportunities by project close and communicate next steps to the client.
