Centro is a global product development company seeking a Product Owner/Manager to drive agile processes, validate ideas with data, and translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, define clear requirements, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in web dev with hands-on AI tooling.
• Strong product thinking with prioritization from discovery to validation.
• User-first mindset focused on customer behavior and business impact.
• Proven ability to prototype concepts with AI, test with users, iterate.

Responsabilités

• Apply Agile and Scrum to plan timelines, releases, and rollouts.
• Research, validate new product ideas aligned with OKRs and strategy.
• Define clear product requirements with technical context for the dev team.
• Collaborate with other product owners and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication to set expectations and gather input.
• Scope resources, backlog priorities, and define sprint goals while removing blockers.
• Lead by example to foster an autonomous, accountable team.
• Own problem-solving, drive solutions, and ensure task completion.
• Design and execute A/B tests, monitor usage, optimize creator tools.
• Stay current with industry trends and perform competitive analysis.
• Understand user flows by tracking, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
• Understand and report KPIs to different audiences.
