Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years related experience.
• Proven PDLC experience in a real product environment.
• Strong financial and business case reasoning with the ability to defend a CFO-level case.
• Prioritization skills (RICE, weighted scoring, opportunity sizing).
• Influence without authority: earn trust first.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to push back when needed.
• Comfort with ambiguity and short cycles.
• Hands-on AI prototyping with tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0.
• Entrepreneur or intrapreneur mindset.
• Fintech/payments experience; Canadian exposure is a strong plus.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lean Business Case end to end: frame the problem and size the opportunity.
• Build the ROI case with market sizing and unit economics.
• Apply PDLC across ideation to scale, and pivot or stop ideas as needed.
• Lead the squad day to day, including architects and designers.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools to test ideas before commit.
• Run discovery with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate demand.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and drive decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
