Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across our operational, corporate, and engineering teams in Toronto. You’ll leverage AI tools to source, screen, schedule, and document while keeping human judgment central to decisions.

You’ll design efficient Ashby workflows, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and maintain a sustainable pace in a fast-growing, multi-location sports brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with both high-volume hourly hiring and corporate/technical searches.
• Demonstrated sourcing strength using Boolean/X-ray searches, outreach sequencing, and community channels.
• Builder-level fluency with a modern ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse/Lever): configured workflows, automations, scorecards, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across operational, corporate, and engineering roles.
• Build and nurture pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals to hit hiring targets.
• Design and optimize Ashby workflows, scorecards, automations, and candidate communications.
