Job summary

Superformula is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic search strategies across our brand portfolio. You’ll partner with business teams and tech experts to craft high-impact SEO copy, design effective tags, and leverage in-house AI tools for keyword research and content optimization.

You’ll contribute to measurable growth by analyzing trends, delivering timely SEO performance reports, and collaborating across time zones with experienced peers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM, digital product, and web design.
• Experience with enterprise web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and Google business.
• Experience with web technologies and HTML-based code frameworks.
• Time-zone overlap with Pacific timezone; North America.
• Preferred credentials include hospitality or travel industry experience and advanced degrees.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of SEO/SEM analytics to improve organic search results.
• Collaborate with business teams to maximize search exposure including local search (GMB).
• Make recommendations to improve site and linking architecture, meta-data, and SEO copywriting.
• Create and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop and implement processes to regularly test and improve search performance.
• Keep up with new analytics features and advise on their use to grow knowledge.
• Provide thought leadership in search engine optimization.
• Audit and manage backlinks; maintain high quality and disavow low quality links.
• Manage Technical SEO: page speed, broken links, responsiveness.
• Conduct On-Page optimizations of tags and metadata.
• Perform competitive analysis and keyword research to improve on-page optimization.
