Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks used to train and evaluate AI agents. You will translate practical RevOps and SalesOps knowledge into realistic scenarios involving CRM records, orders, fulfillment, and recognized revenue.

The role combines operational judgment with objective scoring, and you will work with business workflows and data to develop tasks that are verifiable and scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within an enterprise context.
• CRM proficiency, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to query and interpret account and bookings data.
• Understanding of bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to create precise, objectively verifiable scoring criteria.
• Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context is useful.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts based on bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, and revenue.
• Create scoring rubrics with clear correctness criteria.
• Configure task environments reflecting enterprise workflows.
• Solve tasks to validate design and scoring.
• Test tasks against AI models and adjust complexity.
• Review and correct AI-generated prompts and rubrics.
