Job summary

EPAM Systems Canada seeks a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of learning and enablement initiatives for financial advisory teams. You will bridge strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional groups to deliver training solutions while championing AI-driven delivery practices.

You will work with global teams on cutting-edge digital initiatives, benefiting from continuous learning, mentorship, and diverse project exposure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or delivery management experience handling multiple complex projects.
• Exceptional client-facing consulting skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and fostering self-organizing teams.
• Elite verbal and written communication; translate risks into executive summaries.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure vague requirements, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with project management tools and incorporating generative AI into daily workflows.
• Knowledge of project budget structures, Statements of Work, and financial estimation processes.
• Experience in EdTech, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or FinTech is welcomed.
• Active SAFe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent learning and enablement projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, establish milestones, and track deliverables across the portfolio.
• Lead client-facing status meetings, delivering updates and mitigating project risks.
• Partner with account management to monitor profitability, burn rates, and budget metrics.
• Drive resource planning and allocation, ensuring cross-functional teams are staffed appropriately.
• Champion AI adoption, promoting integration of generative AI tools to optimize workflows.
