Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Greater Toronto Area seeks a Sr. AI/ML Delivery Manager to guide enterprise AI programs from exploration to scaled, agent-driven delivery.

This senior, consultative role works with the client’s VP/C-suite and partners with EPAM's delivery teams in a four-day on-site pattern in the Greater Toronto Area. You will own the AI SDLC governance, manage risks, drive transformation, and expand EPAM's footprint at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery leadership with hands-on AI-native production delivery experience.
• Ability to operate credibly at the C-suite level in a consultative capacity.
• Technology foundation (CS/engineering) with architectural exposure.
• Consulting experience with large SI firms, Big 4, Accenture or EPAM-adjacent competitors.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Transformation: advise on AI adoption strategy and lead SDLC operating model design for regulated environments.
• Scale Agent-Driven Delivery: guide from AI experimentation to scalable agent delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Own Platform & Governance: own AI infrastructure and tooling standardization with human-in-the-loop controls and auditability.
• Lead Delivery Health: track risks/dependencies, set delivery rhythms and escalation paths.
• Grow the Account: manage C-suite relationships, run steering committees, and identify expansion opportunities.
